1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp coconut oil
1 packet Stevia
Blueberries or any fruit you'd like
You can also add walnuts
Mix all ingredients well in a coffee mug. Cook in microwave in high for 1 minute.
Serve warm with real butter.
This is my favorite breakfast. It is very filling and flax seed is extremely healthy!
